Schedule of Events
In addition to events and programs planned by your class, AAVC will be planning a series of events, including Alumnae/i College, for the weekend. Below is a preliminary schedule of general events. Additional information will be added in the spring of 2010 as it becomes available.
Friday, June 4
- Check-In
- 9 am – 10 pm
- Reunion officially begins with shuttle service and student workers
Residence halls and Central Check-in at the Reunion Welcome Center open (reservations are required) - Alumnae/i College
- 2 pm

- 7 pm
- All-Class Buffet Dinner at All College Dining Center (ACDC) (reservations are required)
- 9:30 pm
- Fireworks at Sunset Lake
Saturday, June 5
- 9:30 am
- Presidents’ Hour and AAVC Annual Meeting
- 10:30 am
- Annual Alumnae/i Parade
Look for your class banner on the lawn outside of the Chapel - 11:30 am
- Celebration of Reunion Volunteers and Reunion Gifts
Athletic and Fitness Center - Lunch
12:30 pm - All-Class Lunch at All College Dining Center (ACDC)
